Kate is a founding Director of the Molonglo Veterinary Clinic. Her vision for the clinic builds on many years of experience in veterinary practice and a passion to provide top-level veterinary care with kindness and connection to community. Kate has a keen interest in dentistry and is one of only two Canberra-based Members of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in small animal dentistry and orofacial surgery.
Gill loves everything skin! She has over twenty years of veterinary experience and extensive further study in dermatology and small animal medine. Gill has recently completed an Advance Certificate in Veterinary Practice (Veterinary Dermatology) through the Royal Veterinary College in London. She also has a Masters in Small Animal Practice through Murdoch University. On her weekends she attends to her shaggy rescue hound, Rue.
Ellie is a qualified veterinary nurse and one of the founding members of the MVC team. She has extensive experience in veterinary dentistry and a keen interest in animal behaviour. She is devoted to a lovely – albeit very anxious – dog called Tess.
April is a qualified veterinary nurse with extensive experience in surgical nursing. She is currently studying human nursing and caring for an eclectic menagerie of pets that include 2 cats, 2 dogs, fish, a beehive and a naughty giant-breed rabbit that eats everything.
Trent is an experienced veterinarian and director of the Molonglo Veterinary Clinic. He enjoys orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery and has a keen interest in radiography. Trent is our favourite clinic baker and loves to spoil our staff with his baked goods. He is a devoted dad to his cats, Gilbert and Stanley.
Zoe is a qualified veterinarian who has been part of the Molonglo Vet Team since 2022. She is interested in medicine and ultrasonography and also loves soft tissue surgery and dentistry. At home she is a devoted plant mum with a very green thumb.
Krystal is a qualified veterinary nurse with a keen interest in all things feline. She has extensive experience in veterinary dentistry, surgery and anaethesia. She is a dedicated mum to 3 fluffy cats, two dogs and a toddler.
Amy is a qualified veterinary nurse with a bright smile and an abundance of enthusiasm, that is of course when her star Beagle Ace, is not stealing the spotlight
Amanda has over 30 years of experience in veterinary practice. She is highly regarding and has a special interest in small animal surgery. She is a Member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in small animal surgery. Amanda is also passionate about ophthalmology and improving the quality of life for flat-nosed (brachycephalic) breeds of dogs and cats
Ari has recently joined the Molonglo Vet Team. She graduated from the University of Sydney in 2021 and has enjoyed developing her skills in general practice since then. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary science and has a penchant for surgery.
Jess is a qualified veterinary nurse with extensive experience and a wealth of knowledge. She has further training in anaesthesia and surgery and at home spoils her 3 cats and dog.
Alex recently attained her Certificate IV veterinary nursing qualifications. As well as loving dogs and cats, she has a keen interest in entomology (yep bugs!!).
